How to be healthy

It is very simple to be healthy and we all know about it, but at the same time it's very hard. I believe that proper thinking can help us preserve our health. The list of our deseases is a reminder of different stressful situations in the past or the reflection of certain beliefs. Our mind, body and emotions are a complex system which elements depend on each other. And if we have some problems in one part of this system we get problems in the other part. If we learn to react to the surprises life constantly gives us in an effective way, we'll be healthy. If you're not healthy now, think what's wrong with your life, what your Body wants to tell you. It has always something to say but very often we don't hear it or don't want to listen to it.

When you say this, I really believe that you know what you are talking about. However, how can one know what his/her body says or wants? How can you you be sure?

I can't but agree with you! They say that our health is in our mind. If you want to be healthy just do it - be healthy!!!! As for me I try to keep fit and to feel happy. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. But life is life and we have nothing to do but live. People! Be healthy, wealthy and wise!!!

It is essential for teachers to be in good shape and stay attractive. But not all of us can afford fitness clubs, saunas or efficient instructors. Therefore, we need more energy in order to carry out all activities without fatigue.I try to make myself do simple exercises or walk in the open air. Sometimes doing shopping is the best remedy for depression and stress.

I think it is essential for everybody! But how to keep fit and to be in good shape if you have to spend a lot of time preparing for the lessons and spending a lot of time in front of the computer? I quite agree with you that it is necessary to pay attention to our health and I know that it is a pleasure to be able to visit any sport club. As for me I enjoy swimming and I am also sure that dancing is an effective remedy to feel chearfull and young.

I do agree, you know when you think possitively everything changes. I mean that if you smile to people they'll smile to you in the answer
up your clothes also matters much, bright colours are attractive and antidepressive) so choose colourfull dress and smile)))) these are first steps to be healthy)

Of course we do not have enough time to go in for sports but as some people say - your desire is 1000 opportunities icecream

The main idea is to walk as much as you can, have a lot of sleep, not to eat junk food and not to drink fizzy drinks.

Every man is the builder of a temple called his body. It was written by Henry Davia in the 19th century. The work of a teacher is very hard. We must forget about ourselves and think only about our pupils. How to stay healthy ? Here are some advice: eat a lot of fruit and vegetables, jogging is good for our heart, swim in the river or in the swimming bath, don't eat much sugar and sweets, fish is good for our brains, air the room for 15 minutes, get lots of rest and sleep,drink herb tea, take a warm bath not more than 20 minutes, drink natural juices, do exercises every morning. And be happy.

Today I visited an interesting seminar. The theme concerned psychological health of teachers which is rather actual at our time of stresses. We have received pieces of good advice on overcoming of crisis situations.
