Dear Netters!
The August 26 FLT Conference gathered about a hundred FL teachers in School 51. The annual conference was a discussion venue for the following agenda:
1) The 2010-2011 Action Plan of the City Information Teacher Support Centre
2) FL State Exam Data for the region and the city
3) New forms and regulations for Higher Teaching Qualification Degree
4) New forms and strategies for professional development
5) Diversifying teaching talented pupils
Part of the resolution of the conference was to introduce new Teacher Development Courses. These will include an immersion programme, a few online website-based courses, a research-based course.
Most of the Teacher Development Courses will be delivered by the Educational Center ADDITONE
