This is a call for participants in a new Teacher Development Course TDC-3INTRESENGL72. The abbriviation TDC-3INTRESENGL72 means Teacher Development Course #3, using the Internet Resoruces in Teaching English, 72 hours.
Course description:
This is a year-long seminar on using the Internet for Teaching Foreign Languages.
One seminar a month, nine seminars a year, internet-based project work.
The main aim is to raise and improve professional competencies by working with professional materials, learning to use Internet resources, services, means for improving teaching English.
Participants will learn to explore the Web, understand and know how use the Internet resources, create data banks, podcasts, multimedia scrapbooks, do treasure hunt, and many more.
The programmed started last year and involved more than 20 participants from Ryazan Schools.
For a successful completion of the course, a participant is take up the following steps:
1) Get registered by sending a simple application as a comment to the entry. In it, write your full name, school number, qualifications, a breif explanation of why you want to participate, phone number
2) Get the programme of the course by email from the course manager (Victor Kruchkov, Elena Erkhova)
3) Do the required activities
4) Get a certificate of completing the course of 72 hours
The course programme was designed by V.Kruchkov (director of the Educational Centre ADDITONE)
The programme has been approved by the city teaching centre headed by O.S. Ignatova
