Today is the birthday of the school I am working at now. It's school number 7. It is considered to be one of the oldest schools in Ryasan. It is 140 years old!!! It is called "Russian Classical School" and it really is. There is a very special, somewhat traditional, old and kind atmosphere in it. As soon as you get in, you understand that it is impossible to see a smoking pupil here or to hear a teenager swearing. I've been working at this school only since September but can already say that I am very lucky to have a chance to work here. To be short, I can say that I would like my granddaughters to study at this very school, though it has not got any classes with advanced study of any subject or so called "gymnasium classes"

THE WEEK OF THE ENGLISH LANGUAGE

Hello, Dear colleagues! Here is the news from School №16. From the 15th of December till the 22nd we'll have the Week of English Language at our school. It'll be a good opportunity for the pupils to show all the sides of their personality. The programme of this event includes different contests and competitions linked with different aspects of English. We hope our students will be glad to take part in them and prove that English is an essential part of their life.
